Motherland Fabric - Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Motherland Fabrics. We are committed to providing quality fabrics and sewing products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products (custom-cut fabrics, print-on-demand items, and fabric panels), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or store credit:

  • Email admin@motherlandfabric.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Minor color variations due to monitor or printing differences are not considered defects.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

4. Print-on-Demand (POD) Orders

Print-on-Demand items require 3-4 weeks for production. We are not responsible for production or shipping delays outside of our control and will not issue refunds due to such delays.

5. Sale Items

All discounted or sale items (including clearance fabrics, bundles, and promotions) are final sale.
